We want you to feel confident in your KAAF fit. Please check the size guide before ordering and contact us if you need help choosing.
7-day exchanges
You can request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags. Replacement sizes are subject to availability.
Incorrect or faulty items
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, contact us with your order number and clear photos. Refunds are available for verified incorrect or faulty items. We will confirm the return steps and refund arrangement with you.
How to start a request
- Email kashif@kaafpk.store or call +92 322-2900990.
- Include your order number, item, size received, preferred replacement size and reason for the request.
- Wait for our return instructions before sending the parcel. We will confirm the return address, availability and any applicable courier charges before you proceed.
Before sending an item back
Keep the tags and packaging, pack the item securely and retain your courier receipt. An exchange or refund is processed after the returned item has been checked. We will confirm the applicable processing time with you.
